from a British lady stitcher who has lived in too many places but stitched in almost all of them
So good to hear from you Gillie! I know you've been busy with the biscornu adventure, but have missed your posts very much! Sounds like you've been doing a bit of traveling yourself while WT has been away! Thanks again for the visit!! Next time I promise to be a bit more vertical and I'll leave the drugs alone too! LOL Lovely stitching on Mary, the colors are perfect! *Hugs*
Gillie your Mary Wigham is absolutely gorgeous.Love the biscornu you received. What an amazing quilt everyone stitched for DJ. I've just been over to her blog and had a look.
Mary Wigham looks lovely
Hey, hey! Great to see your update. MW is looking lovely - your colors are so elegant. Isn't stashing just about as much fun as stitching? Seems I do more of it, anyway! I noticed a change in the way blogger brings in photos - they'll change something at the drop of a hat, won't they? Take care!
Beautiful colors for Mary! So refined and classy looking. lol -- my grandmother used to iron and startch undergarments -- yikes!
Hello old friend.....glad to hear you are wll and enjoying your travels....do say hello if you can

Great to see your post, Gillie...though so sorry to hear about the exchanges thing...Your Mary Wigham is looking gorgeous.
Yes, that fabric is what you sent me! I've also made a matching pincushion with it and still have some left for another accessory, so thanks for that lovely fabric!I'm so looking forward to Bournemouth, haven't been there for over twenty years, and not self-catering this time either! That exchange blog you mention, I'm a bit fed up with it myself, I'm wondering whether to bother in future, it doesn't seem to have a lot of luck does it.
Gillie, I'm not far from you, here in MI. I did part of the shop hop, but hubby didn't get in the car to get to the other side of the state.
I love to receive comments and read every one! Please never steal away without telling me you were here!
